Rules and cancellation policy
2023 rules and cancellation policy: we are optimistic and fully confident for the next 2023 season. Book your stay at Camping La Quercia in complete safety and without worries. We are waiting for you!
In case of no-show by the scheduled day, the accommodation unit will be re-rented as of the following day, without any refund of the deposit.
In case of late arrival (notified) or early departure, the entire booked period will be charged (accommodation unit/pitch, people, any buoys/private bathrooms).
The cancellation concerns the whole reserved period not just a part. Partial cancellations, requested before the arrival, must be accepted from the camping management.
We suggest you to take out a travel insurance before arriving.
Have you got any doubts or questions?
- For arrivals between 30.03.2023 and 12.05.2023: refund of deposit paid until 7 days before arrival. An amount of 20.00 euro will be always held.
- For arrivals between 13.05.2023 and 18.09.2023: refund of deposit paid for cancellations until 30 days before arrival. An amount of 100 euro will be always held.
- For arrivals between 19.09.2023 and 08.10.2023: refund of deposit paid for cancellations until 7 days before arrival. An amount of 20 euro will be always held.
